Forty years building software, and one long question about how systems hold together.

I'm Uri Dolan. I architect governed AI and enterprise systems, and I write about how complex things acquire structure and keep it. Based in Israel, working globally.

One question,
three answers

The same question is being answered in three registers. Each answer is a separate body of work.

One sustained question branches into three works: Ontogony is built, The Transductive Universe is argued, and Al.Floys is demonstrated.

Al.Floys

Executable learning experiences for models, embeddings, attention, and the concepts beneath contemporary AI systems.

Instrument 01 · sampling temperaturePredict → move → check

A language model scores every possible next token, then divides those scores by one number before choosing. That number is the temperature.

A system holds together because

The live instrument — true decimals, prediction before reveal, and keyboard focus transfer — lives on the Al.Floys route.
