Phase 01
Metastable
A field of latent tension. Many possible orders exist; none has been chosen yet.
= the ambiguous problem
Governed AI · enterprise software
I'm Uri Dolan — working across governed AI, enterprise software, and the philosophy of complex organization. Based in Israel, working globally.
01 / Current focus
Now, July 2026
Making consequential AI decisions inspectable without pretending governance is only a policy document.
Completing a philosophical account of how structures form, persist, and retain the capacity to change.
Building executable learning experiences in which concepts can be predicted, manipulated, and tested.
Order isn't imposed on a system. It is what happens when a system individuates itself.
I design the seed and the constraints, then let a coherent structure crystallize — governed, replayable, and still free to change. The same principle runs through the manuscript behind this field.
Phase 01
A field of latent tension. Many possible orders exist; none has been chosen yet.
= the ambiguous problem
Phase 02
A single decision nucleates. Structure now has somewhere to begin.
= the consequential call
Phase 03
Order propagates along real constraints — not lines drawn from outside.
= the governed system
Phase 04
A coherent structure that still holds the capacity to change.
= what you keep
For a client, this is the whole promise: ambiguity in, an accountable system out — one that keeps its identity as it grows.
02 / Selected artifacts
Governed systems
Governed infrastructure for consequential AI decisions.
A decision-assurance system for evidence, replay, semantic authority, and accountable enterprise action.
Philosophy & metascience
A philosophy of individuation, persistence, and becoming.
An independent work in philosophy and metascience about how beings acquire structure, continuity, and the capacity to change.
Interactive instruments
Interactive environments for understanding modern AI.
Executable learning experiences for models, embeddings, attention, and the concepts beneath contemporary AI systems.
03 / Evidence
Same restraint, one rule: every strong claim earns something you can look at.

04 / Biographical seam
I began programming on an Apple II at seven and have spent more than four decades learning how software systems hold together — and why they fail.
